Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sammy Loves My Sammy who's a yellow lab and is 10 years old started having a bad smell to her breath. Not sure if it's due to the cat litter box or her getting old. Took care of the litter box, and went out and got her some Dental Sticks from Walmart and since I know she likes Dingo, I figured what the heck. She loves them. And after a week her breath smells so much better. I'm happy with the results. As long as they don't hurt her I will stick with them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tartar Control I bought these locally today, and my dog refuses to eat them. This is a dog who will eat fruits, veggies, and every other treat he's been given his whole life. After each rejected them, I went here to see if Dingo had any form of satisfaction guarentee, and found that not only did they not, they recently had a major recall on treats. Disappointing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Shortchanged more than once We have been giving these to our 2 four-legged kids. They love them and expect 1 every night after their supper. We started buying the 10-pack till we were able to get the 72 count which was more economical. Of course, Wal-Mart seems to always quit carrying products we really like, so we are back to buying the 10-pack which is okay but we have been shortchanged several times. Usually we are short 1 or even 1/2 of 1, but this time, we bought 2 packages and got 9 in 1and only 8 in the second one. I usually look at the package to make sure we get a full packs, but this time we bought the last 2 on the store shelf so we had to get them for our kids.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly Recommend This Product All 3 of my dogs have been eating these treats for a couple years now. They even know exactly what i mean when i say DINGO. Every morning like clockwork they know they get a dingo. My oldest dog has tartar issues on his teeth and these have definitely improved the condition. I'm so happy I have looked into buying directly from the manufacturer since Walmart has decided not to keep these in stock properly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Our local Vet recommended this product for our dog For over a year, we obtained the dental sticks from Walmart, and the Vet didn't push for a tooth cleaning - not cheap. Then Walmart stopped stocking it. So, find the manufacturer and order direct. Took a look at the shipping cost; so doubled the order, and shipping increased just one dollar! Well worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from dingo dental sticks are great I've been using Dingo Dental Sticks for my dogs for 4 years. I've had my English Mastiff/Catahoula Leopard mix dog since puppyhood, 6 1/2 years ago; and my Chow mix for 2 years and they both love them. I've given them to family and friends to give to their dogs so that they can have better dental protection. My dogs will remind me at 10:00 p.m. that it is time for their dental treat to clean their teeth for the night. I would, and do recommend this product to everyone that I speak to about our pets.

My dog loves your dental sticks. He finishes one in less than seven minutes. I'm not convinced he's teeth are getting any cleaner, so I use the sticks more as a treat. Which made me wonder how many calories are in one stick? Thanks

Asked by: Sunny49
Hi Sunny49. There are 25 calories per stick. For a longer lasting dental chew chew I would recommend the dental bones and dental twists.

I'm afraid to give these to my dog after all the recent warnings about treats made in China. What makes these safe---if they are?

Asked by: Mollyjazz
We appreciate you reaching out to our company and understand your concerns regarding Chinese manufactured products. Our Dingo products undergo extensive testing to ensure safe and quality products. Each lot is tested for heavy metals, bacterial, salmonella & melamine. Every product containing chicken is also tested for banned antibiotics & antivirals. Although we still source a variety of products from China, we do offer US-sourced soft & chewy treats and are currently expanding our non-China branded rawhide assortment, including Dingo, Healthy Hide and Digest-eeze. Each of our facilities, including China facilities, is compliant with Global Food Safety Institute requirements and is verified by internationally recognized 3rd party auditing firms. This certification is equivalent to that of human-grade consumables. We love our pets and are proud to treat our dogs to Dingo rawhide chews. We have the utmost confidence in our brands and our products.

do dental sticks expire

Asked by: firewolf
Yes, they do. They are good for 3 years from the date of manufacture. If you don't see a specific best before date, there should be a lot code on the package. If you can provide that information, we would be happy to assist you further.

Have the Tartar Control Dental Sticks been discontinued? None of my local retailers carry them anymore.. I've purchased these at Target, Walmart, Walgreens and a few other shops only to find that the shelves are empty for more then 2 months now?????

Asked by: grady716
Dear Consumer: Thank you for your post regarding our Dental STicks. We were sorry to hear of the problem you are having trying to locate them in your area. They are still a current production item and have not been discontinued. We would suggest, if you haven't already, speaking directly to the managers of your local stores as their corporate offices determine what stores the products go to. We don't govern that decision. You can also order these directly from us, We do appreciate your continued patronage.
