Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clean teeth/happy dogs I have two medium size dogs and once a day, around 2 pm, we have "chewy time" and I give either a small Dingo Dental bone or a plain Dingo Rawhide bone. They get all excited about their "chewies" as it keeps them busy for about an hour and helps to keep their teeth clean. Their veterinarian has mentioned how clean their teeth are even though we give them people food in addition to dog food as a treat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doggy Dental Is Expensive I try and buy some sort of dental bone or product for OB and Sophia (Boxers) monthly. The dental care at the vet is really expensive. A little preventive dental care helps monthly. Besides, they must taste great...they love them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Dogs Love Dingo Dental More Than Regular Dingos Got two super finicky Cairn Terriers that I've wasted a couple hundred bucks trying various brands, flavors, sizes, and shapes. Dingo was the first treat they could both agree on. Was apprehensive about the Dental at first, but they like those more. I buy them a six-pack of the small a week for $15. They look huge in their mouths, but they go to town on them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dingo Dental Rawhide Bone small It is a product both beneficial and tasty for my pugs. The number one problem that senior rescue pugs have is poor dental care. This product really helps and is a taste that they love.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dental Bones I have provided dental bones for the dogs for several years. Along with regular brushing and scaling, the dental bones have been of great benefit in maintaining excellent oral health. In addition to healthy tooth structure, the gums and oral cavity are clean and free of debris. As a result, their breath is odor free and fresh smelling. My dogs have not required cleaning by a veterinarian. I love what dental Dingos have done for my dogs' teeth and mouth.

How many bones can I give per day? What's the safety and precautions of the product? If my dog acidentally eats a lot at one time, what will it cause him? Thank you!

Asked by: carolm
These bones are intended as a treat and not a sole source of nutrition. If you have a small dog, one bone per day. A medium dog we would recommend 2 and for a large dog, they can get 2-3. The main issue would be if your pet were to fill up on bones and then not want to eat their regular food. Then we would recommend you limit the amount you give. Also, each product may affect each pet differently so it's possible if your dog were to eat too many per day, he/she may experience some intestinal upset such as soft stool or diarrhea. We hope this is helpful.

In how many days can I start feeling the difference in halitosis?

Asked by: carolm
Depending on the extent of your dog's dental issues, it may take several weeks before you begin to see positive improvement.
